Single ply membranes for flat roof waterproofing can be manufactured in special colours. Manufacturers typically offer a limited range of standard colours, with anything else subject to minimum order quantities and/or extended lead times.
‘Polymeric single ply membrane’ is a catch-all term for the different polymers that can be used to make flat roof waterproofing membranes. The type of polymer used in the manufacture affects how readily other colours can be offered.

For example, a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) single ply membrane can be manufactured to any RAL reference colour. It is more difficult to formulate different colours for a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPE) membrane.
In the IKO Polymeric range, IKO Armourplan membranes are PVC, while the IKO Spectraplan range is TPE. For non-standard IKO Spectraplan colours, please contact your local Business Manager to discuss your requirements.
